  • Go to Campaigns and click Create Campaign
  • Set:
    • Campaign Name
    • Lead List / Tag
    • Assigned AI Agent
    • Outbound Phone Number 
    • Launch Date & Time

Configure Call Settings

  • Call Concurrency (e.g., 20 calls in parallel)
  • Auto Redial Rules for unanswered calls (e.g., retry after 15 mins, 4 hrs, next day)

  • Extract key lead info using #Extract_Info
  • Book appointments with #Book_Calendar
  • Push lead data to CRM or Sheets using #Post_Call_Event
  • Full call log, summary, and transcript saved under Call History.
